High-Iron Herbal Mint Tea

Bringing afternoon tea back! Take a midday break to enjoy this iron-enriched herbal tea 💪 It's as easy as 1-2-3-4!⁠ ⁠ ⁠

1️⃣ Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 5-6 slices of ginger, 2 drops of lemon juice and the Lucky Iron Fish or Leaf. Continue boiling for 10 minutes to allow for the Fish or Leaf to release electrolytic iron into the liquid.⁠

2️⃣ In the meantime, wash and pluck off a handful of fresh mint leaves.⁠

3️⃣ After 10 minutes, remove the Fish or the Leaf from the boiling water and turn off the heat. Add in the mint leaves and additional few drops of lemon juice. ⁠

4️⃣ Strain in a cup and top with honey. Stir and enjoy your high iron + high in immunity herbal tea! ☕️
